DANA KLEIN, Honorary Consul
Ms. Dana Klein is the Honorary Consul for Macedonia in South Florida where she is also a consultant to several technology companies as well as a mentor to start ups and frequent presenter.
Prior to that she owned and managed her own company where she took over 200 businesses projects from concept to fruition. Ms. Klein has consistently generated extensive residual benefits, increased yields, and high rates of return from 20-500% typically within a 6-12 month time frame.
Her experience includes work on all aspects of marketing project management and strategy such as branding, stakeholder engagement, client, community, government, international, and investor relations, consultative sales, B2B, B2C, B2G, public and media relations, advertising, and event marketing, and corporate responsibility
Ms. Klein has sat on numerous boards and associations including the United Macedonian Diaspora Advisory Committee, International Committee for the International Swimming Hall of Fame, Miami Consular Corps, Executive Board of Broward County Crime Stoppers, Board of Broward County Academy of Travel and Tourism, Florida Farm Bureau, among others. Some accolades include recipient of top 100 Successful Businesswomen Award, Turkish Cultural Tour Travel Grant, Key to Broward County, American Business Women’s Association Spirit of Excellence Award, International Crime Stoppers First Place Video Production Award, US Marine Corps Certificate of Appreciation, and Florida Jaycees Entrepreneur of the Year, among others.
Ms. Klein holds a Master of Arts Degree from Emerson College in Media Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communications in Radio, Television, and Film Production with a minor in English.
